The bill proposes to establish financial sanctions for enterprises, entrepreneurs, institutions, organizations for admission and stay of a person in public buildings, structures, public transport during quarantine without wearing personal protective equipment, including respirators or protective masks covering the nose and mouth. In this case, the enterprise, institution, organization, citizen - business entity pays a fine of two hundred to three hundred non-taxable minimum incomes. The bill also defines the persons authorized to make decisions on the imposition of fines and the application of financial sanctions.
Appropriate changes are proposed to Art. 46, 47 of the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemic Safety of the Population”
